How to practice the 369 method
Define your intention : Identify a specific, positive goal in the present tense.
1.Morning (3X) : Write down your affirmation three upon waking to set your intention for the day.
Afternoon (6X) Write the same (or a related) affirmation six times to keep the energy flowing and maintain focus.
Evening (9X) Write your affirmation nine times before bed to solidify the intention in your subconscious mind.
