3-6-9 Method

How to practice the 369 method


Define your intention : Identify a specific, positive goal in the present tense.


1.Morning (3X) : Write down your affirmation three upon waking to set your intention for the day.


  1. Afternoon (6X) Write the same (or a related) affirmation six times to keep the energy flowing and maintain focus.

  2. Evening (9X) Write your affirmation nine times before bed to solidify the intention in your subconscious mind.

Stay consistent

Release negativity

Trust the process
