I'm a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and develop coping skills. I have a particular interest in working with adults and adolescence struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, day-day behaviors, CBT=DBT=ACT, I am passionate about helping them build confidence and resilence.
